Bullying

If everyone feels that bullying is wrong then why can't society or our own Crossroads community put an end to it? Relate your answer to either The Wave, Slake's Limbo or The Lord of the Flies.

We can't end it because of intimidation. In the Wave Laurie Saunders sees the wave for what it is and tries to stop it.But her class mates are intimidating that they would beat Laurie if she continues to go against the wave.
